Celine Delgrange Osteopathy

The demand for appointments have been really high since I reopened the clinic on the 1st June and I am now able to open up more appointments from Monday 13th July 🙌

With more availabilities I can now offer appointments two evenings in the week on Mondays and Thursdays and also added an extra morning on Tuesdays

If you need to book an appointment you can contact me directly by phone or email as the online booking system is still currently unavailable to allow me to run a triage when you want to book

A step at a time but we are getting there so thank you for your support and understanding during this time 😀

Have a fantastic Wednesday

Today is mainly an admin day for me...

Running my own clinic is not just about seeing and treating patients, there is all the "behind the scenes" work to be able to keep the practice running at its best potential. So what does admin work include?

🌼 Social media posts and content
🏵️ Accounting
🌸Reports and referral letters
🌺 Cpd hours to increase my knowledge as an Osteopath
🌷 Replying to enquiries
🌹 Writing rehab programs for patients
💐 Finding ways to improve ways I run the practice to ensure I provide the best to all my patients

This is also the kind of day I find myself sitting a lot more than I normally do compare to when I treat patients so I always make sure I set myself a reminder on my phone that every 45min or so I move around and get off my chair (walk around, do a few 30seconds stretches...). This is so important to prevent back and neck ache after prolonged sitting

If you would like to see or know what stretches I do let me know 😊

Hope you all have a wonderful Tuesday 🌻

🙌🙌 Today is a special day: I have been an Osteopath for 6 years! 🙌🙌

Time flies by! The past 6 years have been incredible and I'm so thankful and grateful of how much the @eso_maidstone has taught me to become the Osteopath I am today and be able to treat and help so many patients can't beat that feeling knowing you have managed to diagnose and treat someone who was in a great deal of pain and is now pain free and happy 🤸🏼

I'm still learning everyday and strangely enough I've especially learnt this year how much we have to adapt to different situations (especially during a pandemic) and that's one thing I love about my profession

Thank you to all my friends, family, patients and followers who have supported me from day one 🌻

Let's see what the next year brings to me, the practice and my lovely patients! Cannot wait! 🙌😊
