As well as being an Osteopath, I also have a professional diploma as a sport and exercise nutritional advisor and I use sport nutrition for myself but I also integrate it on many of my patients in order to combine nutrition with sport injury prevention (Osteopathy) so my patients have all the tools they need for optimal performance during training

Any extra appointments after use of either of the packages 

We offer consultations face to face or via skype or phone

We want to make it convenient for you so our consultations can take place at the practice or via Skype. If you don't have Skype we can find alternative solutions

What to Expect during your consultation?

During your first consultation we will go through a Fitness and health questionnaire which will cover:

  • Your personal details
  • Past medical history
  • General health questions
  • Questions about your current fitness, sports and exercise routine
  • Your current Goals (short term and long term)
  • General questions about your nutrition

After your first consultation we will give you a 7 days diary for you to log your food/fluid intake in relation to your training schedule for you.

On your second consultation we will discuss your tailored plan including alternatives to your current nutrition for you to have all the elements you need.
